“Claims should be made directly to Carrier (Insurance Company) for most efficient processing. Some general expectations are below:
1) Call or Submit Online Claim. You will need your POLICY NUMBER.
2) The Carrier will want some generic information surrounding the event
3) Carrier will investigate and appraise damages
4) Damages will be paid per policy terms and appraisal values
Claims service times vary between Carriers, and we do our very best to place our clients with companies who have responsive claims service teams.
