Bobby takes great pride in being a dedicated husband, especially to his incredible wife who is originally from Cali, Colombia. Their relationship has deepened his appreciation for cross-cultural connection, language, and commitment.

Outside of work, Bobby is passionate about the outdoors and thrives in diverse environments. Whether walking through a city and drawing energy from its people, casting a fishing line in a quiet place, or observing wildlife, he enjoys experiences that challenge him with something new and unfamiliar. Meeting new people is equally energizing; Bobby makes it a priority to build meaningful connections on a regular basis.

Coming from a small family, Bobby holds family values at the center of his life. They are his foundation, compass, and greatest source of strength.

Bobby also has a deep appreciation for authentic food experiences. He values discovering places where the cuisine tells a story and reflects culture, often more so than upscale dining. For Bobby, food is about connection and authenticity.

Some of Bobby’s favorite activities include hiking, fishing, snowboarding, weight training, reading, dancing, learning new languages, swimming, surfing, and boating. He also enjoys reading business books that challenge his perspective and support his continued professional development.
